Boots extends on-demand delivery to midnight in London

Boots is extending the hours of its on-demand delivery service up to midnight in central London.

The longer hours are being trialled in ten of of the health and beauty retailer’s busiest stores in the capital, which serve over two million customers and patients.

Boots has almost 10,000 health, beauty and wellness products available via on-demand delivery platforms, including Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

Some of the most popular products ordered via the service include include medicines for colds, flu and hay fever, as well as pregnancy tests, baby milk and last-minute gifts such as fragrance and premium beauty items.

Never Miss a Retail Update!

Paula Bobbett, chief digital officer at Boots, said: “We know our customers’ lives don’t stop at 6pm, and neither should their access to essentials – whether that’s medicine for a poorly child, a forgotten gift, or an evening skincare top-up.

“By extending our instant delivery hours through Uber Eats and Deliveroo, we’re giving customers more flexibility and convenience when they need it most.”

Boots first partnered with Deliveroo in 2021 and expanded the service to Uber Eats in 2023.
