bloobloom to open new store on Kings Road

French designer eyewear brand, bloobloom, will be opening a new location on 2nd August at 33 Kings Road.

The new store will have two eye examination rooms and covers 400 sq ft. It will include wooden shelving, displaying the eyewear and a counter in the center featuring a dressing table-esque style mirror, where glasses can be kept. The independent brand will continue to bring eyewear innovation to consumers across London at affordable prices.

The store will house bloobloom’s full collection of spectacles and sunglasses, including their 6 new models, which are a part of their new collection. The new collection will be introducing 26 new styles throughout the year.  The store will offer customers the full experience from walk-in eye examinations with in-house opticians, adjustment and repair services as well as personalised style advice.

bloobloom offers a range of women’s and men’s glasses with popular styles from Charmer, to Maestro, to Londoner and Designer. All glasses are handcrafted frames and made from sustainable materials. The interiors are created with mixed materials of wood and metal, conforming to a minimalistic and angular design.

Abbas Manai, Co-Founder at bloobloom says, “bloobloom is excited to launch on the Kings Road, as it is surrounded by the ideal demographic and recognised as one of the most iconic streets for culture and fashion.”

bloobloom was founded by Abbas and Fares Manai in 2018. For every purchase made, a pair of glasses is donated to one of the world’s 2.5 billion people in need who don’t have access to eyecare as part of the brands ‘Pair for a Pair’ scheme. The ‘Pay What You Can’ loyalty scheme offers customers the choice to choose their second pair of spectacles or sunglasses from a tiered system.

The five new store openings are the start of a wider expansion for the brand across the United Kingdom, which is set as part of a backdrop of strong growth.
