Asda to offer 6,000 free private flu jabs across 242 stores
Asda is offering free private flu vaccinations on 14 September, making 6,000 appointments available nationwide at 242 Asda pharmacies.
The free offer is available exclusively to customers who book ahead through the Asda online booking system and attend their scheduled flu vaccination appointment on 14 September.
Subscribe to TRBAsda said the initiative aims to remove any barriers to getting vaccinated and make it easier for more people to protect themselves against flu before winter arrives.
Customers can book their free flu vaccination appointment now by visiting the Asda Pharmacy booking page and selecting the Asda Flu Service. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Richard Harrison, Asda Pharmacy’s health care services manager, said: “Our free flu jab service is about removing barriers and making it easier than ever for people to protect themselves and those around them. We’re proud to be able to help people access flu vaccinations more easily, giving them one less thing to worry about as we head into the colder months.
“We’re expecting strong demand, so we’d encourage anyone interested to book their appointment now. By offering up to 6,000 free vaccinations in a single day, we’re helping more people access convenient healthcare in their local community.
