TJX appoints Kim Goodwin to its board

TK Maxx owner, The TJX Companies, has appointed Kim Goodwin to its board.

An experienced financial services professional, Goodwin has previously served as managing director and head of equities for the asset management division of Credit Suisse Group. Her CV also includes a stint at State Street Research & Management where she was chief investment officer for equities. She is now a private investor.

Carol Meyrowitz, executive chairman of The TJX Companies, said: “We are delighted to have Kim join TJX as a new member of our board of directors. She will bring a fresh perspective to the boardroom, informed by her years of experience in the financial sector and as a public company director, further enhancing our board’s diversity and strength.”
