The Very Group appoints Edward Fry as permanent CFO
The Very Group has confirmed that Edward Fry has been appointed as chief financial officer on a permanent basis.
Fry has worked with the group since 2020 and progressed through the business to group finance director before being appointed as interim chief financial officer in September 2025.
Over the past year, he has played a central role in several key developments, including the group’s change of ownership and the completion of a long-term refinancing deal.

Earlier in his career, Fry was chief financial officer at iSmash and group finance director at Ballyclare Group.
