The Very Group bolsters Hello Studio senior leadership team

The Very Group’s in-house creative agency has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Beth Lowry as head of creative direction.

With over 20 years experience in the retail sector, Lowry has been working for the last six years in creative director roles at Target in the US. This has included leading a team of in-house creatives focused on campaigns and content, as well as working closely with external agency partners.

Prior to that, she was director of creative, brand and production at N Brown Group in the UK and also worked with Target earlier in her career.

In her new role at Hello Studio, Lowry will play a key part in shaping the vision of the in-house agency. She will join Julie Phelan, head of creative management, who will continue to lead campaign development and oversee production.

Jessica Myers, chief customer officer at The Very Group, said: “Our internal creative team has been a huge source of pride for over 70 years and today Hello Studio is creating award-winning multichannel content for household brands.

“We have strong foundations, and having Beth join the team to offer new, fresh ideas and direction to accelerate our ambition is really exciting. I can’t wait to see how her experience and eye for detail will bolster our creative offering though Hello Studio.”
