The Original Factory Shop extends loyalty scheme by reintroducing Club card back into stores

The Original Factory Shop has extended its loyalty scheme to enable its physical Club card holders to benefit from the same exclusive member prices that are currently available to TOFS Club+ App holders.

This has involved reintroducing the retailer’s physical Club card back into stores to allow customers who do not have smartphone access to benefit from Club pricing.

The TOFS Club card and Club+ App offer exclusive member only prices, as well as regular opportunities to win prizes across the retailer’s UK stores. Customers who join, or already have the app, can also benefit from additional rewards as members of TOFS Club+.

Phil Briggs, managing director for The Original Factory Shop, said: “The Original Factory Shop member pricing delivered through the App has proven such a success that we wanted to extend these exclusive savings to all our members that don’t have access to a smartphone.

“A physical Club card offers some of our customers ease, and reintroducing it means that they can be confident that every time they shop with us, they will be rewarded with exclusive member prices, the chance to win great prizes, and more. We want to be here for everyone in our local communities.”
