The Original Factory Shop offers guaranteed interviews to retail staff facing redundancy

The Original Factory Shop is to offer guaranteed interviews to staff who have been affected by redundancies from New Look, Wilko, Argos, B&Q, Paperchase, M&Co and TK Maxx.
With 80 roles to fill across its 185 stores, the company will also offer interviews to staff who are at risk of redundancy at the companies.
Speaking on behalf of The Original Factory Shop, Charlie Cuthbert said: “This pledge will hopefully mean more people will remain employed while at the same time bringing their retail expertise and fantastic transferable skills to The Original Factory Shop.
“As fellow retailer, we have over 80 vacancies available including roles for sales colleagues, supervisors and management roles and want to step in to help.”
