Retail leaders to discuss workforce costs and efficiency
Workforce costs are rising, margins are being squeezed and retailers are under increasing pressure to plan, staff and operate more efficiently. And all while maintaining a strong customer experience.
These challenges will be at the heart of the next event in The Retail Bulletin’s new lunch events series, taking place on 15 September from 12pm to 2pm at The Brasserie of Light at Selfridges on London’s Oxford Street.
Subscribe to TRBThe free-to-attend event will bring together retail leaders for an informal discussion on the strategies and technologies helping retailers respond to changing workforce demands and cost pressures.
The discussion will explore how retailers are approaching workforce planning, real-time labour management and demand-led forecasting, as well as the growing role of AI in improving operational efficiency.
It will also look at some of the wider challenges facing retail employers, including skills shortages, generational differences in the workplace and how businesses can balance workforce efficiency with customer service.
Alongside the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch in the surroundings of The Brasserie of Light and connect with fellow retailers facing similar challenges.
