Matalan appoints Beccy Davies as director of people and talent
Matalan has recruited Beccy Davies to the new role of director of people and talent.
Having joined the retailer’s people team this month, Davies previously worked as head of HR at Exertis.
Prior to that, she spent over eight years at Estee Lauder Companies, where her most recent role was HR director with responsibility for the delivery of the group’s people strategy. Earlier in her career, she served as head of HR at Sofology.
In a post on LinkedIn, Davies said: “After keeping this under wraps for a little while, I’m really pleased to share that I’ve joined Matalan as director of people and talent.
“Stepping into the role has been a proud moment in my career, coming back into a large retail business where people genuinely sit at the heart of everything.”
