Halfords appoints new managing director of retail
Halfords has appointed Jess Frame as managing director of retail.
Due to take up her role on 21 July, she will lead the company’s nationwide store estate and omnichannel operations.
Frame will join Halfords from Boston Consulting Group where she is currently managing partner of the London office. Prior to this, she served as chief executive of The Vet Group, a PE-backed chain of veterinary clinics. Her career has also included stints as customer strategy and investments director at Tesco and managing director of NutriCentre.
In her new position, Frame will join Halfords’ executive team, reporting directly to chief executive Henry Birch.
