EG On The Move completes acquisition of 260 petrol stations in France
EG On The Move, the petrol and convenience retail operator, has completed the acquisition of 260 forecourt sites in France from EG Group, marking a major expansion of its European fuel retail network.
The company said the newly acquired French forecourt network will provide a platform to accelerate investment, improve operational performance, and expand customer-focused retail and mobility services across France.

EG On The Move is now focusing the integration process while continuing to support day-to-day operations across the acquired sites.
Earlier this month, the company completed the acquisition of 85 former Prax petrol forecourts which took its UK site network to around 285 locations.
