Card Factory completes acquisition of Funky Pigeon
Card Factory has completed its acquisition of Funky Pigeon from WH Smith.
The retailer announced last month that it was to buy the online personalised greeting cards business for £24 million as part of plans to accelerate its digital strategy.
Subscribe to TRBWH Smith has sold Funky Pigeon following a strategic review and the earlier sale of its high street business to Modella Capital as it looks to focus on travel retail.
