British Garden Centres profit up almost 60% in 2025
British Garden Centres has announced a jump in sales and profit for 2025 following favourable spring weather and continued investment across its portfolio.
The family run group grew its sales by £51 million to £223.2 million, while pre-tax profit increased by almost 60% to £12.2 million.
Subscribe to TRBMeanwhile, gross margin rose to 53.3% in 2025, up from 51.7% in 2024.
During the period, British Garden Centres opened new sites in Gosforth, Shinfield, Gloucester, Northampton, Havant, Heighley Gate, Hayes and Rugby.
Owned and led by the Stubbs family, it is the UK’s largest family-owned garden centre group with 80 centres around the country.
