The milestone follows the recent addition of notable members such as Costa, Greggs, MSC Cruises, and Popeyes, further strengthening their collaborative network. Founded by Tea Colaianni, WiHTL & Diversity in Retail has consistently led efforts to address and overcome crucial challenges in workplace equality and inclusion.

Tea Colaianni expressed her pride and gratitude for the achievement: “Reaching this historic milestone of impacting 4 million employees globally fills me with immense pride. I am deeply thankful for the unwavering support from our team, Advisory Boards, industry leaders, attendees at our webinars, committees, programmes, and our valued partners and sponsors. As Benjamin Zefaniah eloquently put it, ‘People need People.‘ It’s heartening to see so many individuals working together to forge a truly inclusive future for the Hospitality, Travel, Leisure, and Retail sectors.”

This accomplishment stems from a series of strategic initiatives including cross-industry collaborations, award-winning Leadership Development Programmes, and the creation of extensive Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) resources available through the Community.
