Mulberry appoints Kenny Wilson and Sara Dickinson as non-executive directors
Mulberry has appointed Kenny Wilson and Sara Dickinson as non-executive directors, with effect from 9 September.
Wilson served as chief executive of Dr. Martens between 2018 and 2025. Before that, he was chief executive of Cath Kidston, where he led a significant international expansion prior to its sale.
He has also previously served as president (Europe) for Claire’s Accessories and senior vice president at Levi Strauss & Co. He is currently interim chief executive at the K-Way outdoor clothing brand, and chairman of luxury streetwear brand Represent.
Subscribe to TRBWilson will also sit on the remuneration and nominations committee.
Dickinson, who will also chair the audit committee, is currently group chief financial officer of Boldyn Group, a telecoms infrastructure business.
Prior to this, she was chief financial officer of BSI and has also previously held roles as senior vice president at Expedia, and non-executive director and chair of the finance committee of A2Dominion, a residential property group.
Earlier in her career, she served as commercial finance director at Costa Coffee, group financial controller for Sage Group, and vice president and European chief financial officer of eBookers. She is also a non-executive director of Aptitude Software Group.
