Harrods marketing head moves to Christian Dior Couture
Former Harrods head of marketing Gerard Duran has joined Christian Dior Couture as client marketing director for Europe.
Duran spent nearly four years at Harrods, where he oversaw brand strategy, retail and trade marketing, image and communications, media strategy and additional key functions.
Subscribe to TRBBefore his time at Harrods, he held brand management and marketing roles at Bacardi and worked agency-side with Ogilvy and McCann.
In a post on LinkedIn, Duran said: “After 12 unforgettable years in London, and nearly four years at Harrods, I recently closed a chapter that shaped me both personally and professionally.
“Today, I’m thrilled to share that I have relocated to Paris to join Christian Dior Couture as client marketing director for Europe.
“I am truly honoured and excited to join the House of Dreams at such an inspiring moment for the Maison, and I look forward to contributing to this incredible journey.”
