Frasers Group’s fashion CEO leaves the business

Greg Pateras, the chief executive of Frasers Group’s fashion brands, has left the business.

Having taken up his role in August 2022, Pateras was responsible for all of Frasers Group’s fashion brands which included merging the recently acquired Missguided and ISawItFirst. He also repositioned both brands and put them into a profitable position.

Prior to that, he was chief executive of  ISawItFirst and oversaw the successful sale of the business to Frasers Group. His career has also included being the deputy chief executive of Matalan and chief financial officer of Shop Direct, now known as The Very Group.

In a statement on LinkedIn late last week, Pateras said  “My last day, and just wanted to say thank you to all my colleagues who have given me everything over that last few years. We have achieved so much! A sale, restructuring and a merger!

“Whilst we have know this day is coming, its always emotional to say goodbye to a talented bunch who have given me so much. Thank you again I wish you all the best in the future, I’m sure our paths will cross again at some point! Take care and believe in yourselves!”
