Ecco appoints Neil Taylor and Adam Meek to leadership roles

Ecco has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Neil Taylor to executive vice president, chief commercial officer.

The footwear brand has also appointed Adam Meek as executive vice president, chief product officer.

Taylor has been working as chief executive of Ecco Americas since March 2025. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Hanesbrands, Ida Sports and Reebok.

Meanwhile, Meek previously served as chief product officer at Dr. Martens for four years until earlier this year. He has also worked with Canada Goose, Sperry and Pentland Brands.

Thomas Gogsig, chief executive of Ecco, said the pair will each bring deep expertise, a global perspective and strong consumer focus to the business.

He added: “Their appointments strengthen our leadership team as we build Ecco’s distinctive foundation in craftsmanship, innovation, quality and comfort, and shape the next chapter of growth for the brand.”
