Crew Clothing opens new Lake District store in time for summer

Crew Clothing has opened a new store in the Lake District in time for the summer holiday season.

The move forms part of the lifestyle clothing brand’s broader retail expansion strategy, which focuses on key market towns and destination locations across the UK.

Featuring Crew Clothing’s signature coastal-inspired interior, the 1,400 square foot Ambleside store stocks the brand’s latest collections, including rugby shirts, polos, Oxford shirts, printed dresses and knitwear.

Carol Kane, head of retail at Crew Clothing, said: “We’re thrilled to be opening in Ambleside, a town that perfectly captures the spirit of the British outdoors.

“The Lake District feels like a natural fit for Crew Clothing, and we’re excited to bring our collections to both local customers and the many visitors who travel to the area throughout the year.

“We’re looking forward to becoming part of the community and welcoming customers into the new store this summer.”

The launch follows the opening of a new Crew Clothing store in the market town of Barnard Castle last month.
