AllSaints promotes internal talent to C-suite roles

AllSaints has announced two senior management promotions within its global leadership team.

Alex Didymiotis has been appointed as chief people officer while Alfie Meekings has taken on the role of chief transformation and technology officer.

Didymiotis joined the group in April 2024 as global people and culture director, following senior positions at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, TFG Brands and Phase Eight. In her new role, she will continue to lead the group’s global talent agenda, culture initiatives and HR operations.

Meekings became part of AllSaints in November 2024 as global director of transformation, having previously held senior positions at Selfridges and Tesco, alongside consultancy projects with Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and EY.  Since joining the group, he has led key strategic projects and helped shape its future vision, with a stronger customer focus supported by data, AI, and innovation.

Pete Wood, AllSaints chief executive, said: “I’m delighted to have Alex and Alfie in these new leadership roles.

“Both have already made a substantial contribution since they joined us, and their expertise in people, technology and transformation is invaluable as we ensure that our brands are positioned as strongly as possible for the future.

“Promoting exceptional talent from within is a core part of our culture. I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with both Alex and Alfie across both of our fantastic brands.”

The AllSaints group of brands comprises AllSaints and John Varvatos.
