Subscribe to TRBWith more than a decade of experience in transforming in-store checkout and post-purchase journeys, Yocuda has continued to accelerate its growth in 2025, expanding its global presence and strengthening partnerships with leading retailers.
Retail brands across Europe, the Americas and Asia are adopting Yocuda’s digital receipt solution to enrich in-store customer data and close the gap between physical and online shopping experiences. The latest countries to go live include Romania, Thailand and Vietnam.
This global footprint means Yocuda has built a deep understanding of local markets, including the ability to integrate with diverse fiscal requirements, regulatory environments, and languages. The result is a platform that not only works seamlessly across borders but also supports retailers in delivering a consistent, personalised customer experience worldwide.
Yocuda continues to work with household brand names and enterprise retailers, including M&S, Decathlon, Brunello Cucinelli, Longchamp, Sainsbury’s, PUIG, and Sephora, to deliver a more sustainable and data-driven retail experience. This growth comes as Italy announces plans to follow France in phasing out paper receipts from 2027. The move marks a significant step towards modernisation and environmental sustainability. In a step towards modernisation and environmental sustainability, other countries are expected to follow suit, indicating that digital receipts will soon be the norm for retailers worldwide.
Quote from Edward Drax, MD of Yocuda:
“Getting to 50 countries is a huge moment for us. It shows just how many retailers are looking for new ways to connect with their customers, cut down on waste, and make better use of their in-store data. We’re really proud of how far we’ve come, but we know this is just the start. Our goal is simple – to help retailers give shoppers a smoother, more personalised experience, without the need for paper receipts.”
Quote from Simon Clegg, CTO of Yocuda:
“What makes this milestone so exciting is that it proves our tech really works anywhere. Every country has its own systems, rules and customer habits, and our platform has adapted to them all. That flexibility and scalability is what sets us apart. As we keep developing the solution, we’re focused on making sure retailers get the tools they need to stay ahead in a fast-changing retail world.”
