Natuzzi to open Leeds store

Furniture retailer Natuzzi has acquired space at the Junction 27 Retail Park in Leeds for a new store.

The brand has taken a 4,973 square foot shop at the retail park for its fourteenth standalone store in the UK.

Owned by Standard Life Investments, Junction 27 Retail Park comprises 10 units totalling 126,750 square feet. Occupiers include the likes of Barker and Stonehouse, Furniture Village, Sofology, Harveys and Currys PC World.

Catherine Barnard, associate in the retail team at Savills, said: “We are pleased to be supporting Natuzzi’s expansion with the acquisition of this new store at one of West Yorkshire’s busiest and most successful retail parks. The brand will be an excellent addition to the existing retailer line up at the scheme.”
