Furniture Village appoints Ian Oliver as non-executive director
Furniture Village has appointed Ian Oliver as a non-executive director as the retailer continues to implement its growth plans.
Following the creation of Sofa Brands International in 2005, he served as chief executive of G Plan, SBI Lithuania, and Parker Knoll before being appointed group chief executive in 2016. He also worked with Marks & Spencer for 16 years from 1987 where held various senior buying roles across menswear and home.

Peter Harrison, Furniture Village chairman, added: “Ian is a long-time friend of Furniture Village, and his experience, insight, and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow.
