Gunwharf Quays appoints senior marketing team

The Gunwharf Quays outlet centre in Portsmouth has appointed a new senior marketing team.

Yvonne Clay has become senior marketing manager while Ian Bayne has been named as the centre’s marketing manager.

The duo will be responsible for helping to attract visitors to the Land Securities operated centre from both the region and further afield.

Clay and Bayne said they have ambitious plans for the centre which include enhancing the shopping experience and encouraging day trippers and overseas visitors to take advantage of the centre’s retail, restaurant and leisure offer and its waterside location.

Clay said: “Gunwharf Quays is an incredibly exciting brand to work with, and I’m delighted to be joining the team during another strong period of growth and regeneration. I’m looking forward to building on the success of the centre as the South’s leading fashion and leisure destination and with so many developments and new store openings in the pipeline, I am keen to encourage even more guests to visit Portsmouth and further enhance its appeal.”
