Finalists announced for the 2025 People in Retail Awards
The Retail Bulletin is delighted to announce the finalists for the 2025 People in Retail Awards (PIRA).
Now in their third year, the awards celebrate the exceptional individuals and teams who are shaping the future of the retail industry through their dedication, innovation, and pursuit of excellence.
PIRA also serves as a national platform to recognise retail talent, set benchmarks for workplace culture, and encourage businesses to adopt a people-first philosophy.
Finalists have been chosen across 14 categories through a rigorous evaluation process, led by a distinguished panel of judges. The judges’ careful assessment highlights the vital role that people, culture and values play in driving the sector forward.

The 2025 award winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie gala in London on 24 September, which will bring together people in retail for an unforgettable evening of recognition and celebration.
