Burlington Arcade to expand luxury offering as it appoints a sole leasing agent
Burlington Arcade, the luxury shopping destination in London’s Mayfair, has instructed Savills as its sole leasing agent as it continues to enhance its exclusive retail offering.
Richard Scott, director in Central London Rretail at Savills, said: “We are pleased to announce our appointment as the leasing agent for Burlington Arcade.
“London is a luxury powerhouse, and Mayfair is a lucrative market for premium brands looking to make the most of a concentration of wealthy residents in an affluent London neighbourhood, a trend that we have seen pick up pace following the pandemic and its confinement of domestic luxury spend.”
