Southern Co-op expands Snappy Shopper partnership to more stores
Southern Co-op has expanded its partnership with Snappy Shopper as it looks to strengthen its ecommerce proposition.
The retailer has now rolled out rapid delivery to 140 stores as part of its strategy to enhance accessibility, strengthen local customer engagement and unlock additional ecommerce-driven revenue opportunities across its store estate.
Subscribe to TRBThrough Snappy Shopper’s order aggregation technology, Southern Co-op has also integrated with Foodhub to expand customer access points.
The retailer said early performance indicators have shown strong customer adoption and engagement, with an average order value of £28.
Southern Co-op has also launched a rewards led promotional strategy designed to drive retention and repeat purchasing behaviour. Customer incentives include £17 in rewards, £2 off orders over £50, £5 off orders over £80 and £10 off orders over £120.
