Mango introduces AI powered fashion stylist
Mango has launched an AI powered a virtual fashion assistant called Mango Stylist.
Currently available for the fashion retailer’s womenswear lines, the tool is active in the nine markets of the UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Turkey and the US.
Subscribe to TRBMango Stylist uses innovative algorithms to understand the context and personal tastes of each user, offering them product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
It also gives customers the opportunity to explore the latest trends, discover Mango product combinations, and complete looks through chat in its ecommerce and the brand’s Instagram account.
The new offering has been developed by a multi-disciplinary range of teams at Mango spanning IT, data, digital product, styling, design, visual merchandising and customer service.
The tool also integrates with Mango’s after-sales virtual assistant Iris, which is already active in several markets.
