Knomo appoints Oliver Strickland as country manager UK

Strickland (pictured) previously worked as country manager at Pepe Jeans Group and has also worked with Diesel, Burberry, Gant, Hackett, Lyle & Scott and J Lindeberg.

In his new position, he will oversee Knomo’s brand positioning and wholesale accounts alongside managing director, Dan Shaw. He will also lead on extending Knomo’s overseas reach and assume responsibility for store expansions.

Knomo has recently been acquired by digital group Inc & Co. The move marked the group’s expansion into the retail sector for which it set up a new division called Inc Retail.

Shaw said: “Oliver is a vastly experienced sales manager who brings more than two decades of fashion and retail expertise. He has a proven record of improving sales and margins, team management and focused partnership building. I am excited to be working closely with him again to bring our shared vision for Knomo to fruition, at such an important juncture.”
