Fashion has no shortage of coverage. There are hundreds of podcasts, newsletters and channels dedicated to the industry. Reporting on it, commenting on it, observing it from the outside. What has been far harder to find is a space where the people who work inside the fashion industry get to shape the narrative themselves.
That’s exactly what The Fashion Think Tank (TFTT) is here to do. Launching today on TikTok and YouTube, TFTT is a new independent platform built entirely from within the industry, and we at The Retail Bulletin are delighted to be its launch partner.

What Is The Fashion Think Tank?
TFTT is a living forum for fashion, created to turn lived experience into collective understanding. Its mission is simple: break down hierarchy, cut through distance, and replace assumption with truth from within. Knowledge isn’t extracted from the industry here – it’s generated by it.
The platform is built around a gap that has long existed in fashion media. Most content falls into familiar buckets: interview-led profiles, seasonal trend commentary, or light lifestyle chat. What’s been missing is rigorous, analytical, opinionated content that treats fashion as what it really is: a complex system of strategy, creativity and the people behind the decisions.

TFTT will publish across four content formats:
Case study episodes: deep dives into why brands and retailers succeed or fail, told by industry insiders who were in the room.
Debates: structured opposing viewpoints on the issues the industry can’t stop arguing about: sustainability, AI, profitability and more.
Breakdowns & scenario episodes: honest analysis of what is happening now and what the industry might look like next.
Interviews: Long-form conversations connecting industry titans with the voices working behind the scenes. Think the depth of The Diary of a CEO but rooted entirely within fashion.
