Frasers appoints new chief executive for Missguided

Frasers Group is understood to have appointed a new chief executive for fashion retailer Missguided.
According to reports, Greg Pateras, the chief executive of Fraser’s recently acquired I Saw It First business, is now to lead both companies.
Pateras took on the I Saw It First role in November after initially joining the business in July 2021 as an executive director.
He is a former deputy chief executive of Matalan and also previously worked with Shop Direct for nearly ten years where his most recent role was chief financial officer.
Frasers Group acquired Missguided out of administration earlier this summer in a £20 million deal and last month bought I Saw It First for an undisclosed sum.
