Deckers Brands appoints new general manager for EMEA

Deckers Brands has appointed Felix Muennich as senior vice president and general manager for EMEA.

Muennich previously worked with Mammut Sports Group as chief commercial officer and also spent more than ten years at Nike where he served in various senior roles. Earlier in his career, he was head of strategic planning at Umbro.

Announcing his appointment on LinkedIn, Muennich said: “This is one of those rare opportunities to help shape the future of some of the most dynamic brands in our industry –  HOKA, UGG and TEVA – and to do so with teams full of energy, ambition, creativity, and collaborative spirit.

“I’m immensely grateful for the confidence and trust placed in me and I’m looking forward to working alongside such talented colleagues in EMEA and across the globe.”

He added: “Leading the commercial team of Mammut Sports Group for the past years has been the privilege of a lifetime, and I wish Mammut nothing but the best for the fantastic journey that I know they are on.”
