Announcing Maria Hollins as newest addition to People in Retail Awards judging panel
We’re thrilled to announce that Maria Hollins, Chief Executive of Ann Summers, has joined the judging panel for the upcoming People in Retail Awards!
Maria brings with her over 30 years of invaluable experience in the retail industry. Over the past four years, she has played a pivotal role in leading the turnaround and growth of the iconic multi-channel retailer, Ann Summers. Her dedication to empowering all has been instrumental in reshaping the brand’s business strategy and driving commercial growth.
Maria’s journey with Ann Summers began in July 2018 when she joined as a commercial consultant. Since then, she has held various leadership positions within the company, including Joint Managing Director and, most recently, sole Managing Director before stepping into the role of Chief Executive in July 2023.
With her extensive background and expertise, Maria has contributed significantly to Ann Summers’ transformation, focusing on improving product offerings, channel experience, tech-led transformation, corporate social responsibility, and colleague experience.
We’re incredibly honored to have Maria join our judging panel and bring her wealth of knowledge and insight to the People in Retail Awards.
