Amazon Fashion names Chiara Ferragni as European brand ambassador

Amazon Fashion has appointed Chiara Ferragni, founder of The Blonde Salad fashion blog, as its European brand ambassador for Spring/Summer 2016.

Ferragni will feature in Amazon’s advertising and social media campaign across Europe and items worn by her will be available to buy from Amazon’s five European websites from 8 March.

The blogger visited Amazon’s state of the art European fashion photography studio in London’s Shoreditch to shoot the campaign with photographer Cass Bird and i-D magazine fashion editor Julia Sarr-Jamois.

She modelled an embellished jumpsuit as well as tailored mini dresses from brands such as Gestuz, Selected Femme, Tommy Hilfiger and Keepsake.

“Chiara is a smart business woman with a strong sense of personal style and is a great advocate for our ‘Don’t look like me, look like you’ campaign,” said Juliet Warkentin, director of brand & creative at Amazon Fashion Europe.

Fashion is one of Amazon’s fastest growing categories and brands offered across its European websites include Mango, French Connection, Hugo Boss, New Balance, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Gucci watches, and Missoni shoes.
