Ards Shopping Centre welcomes TK Maxx and JD Sports
TK Maxx has opened a 23,000 square foot store at the Ards Shopping Centre in Newtownards I Northern Ireland.
The retailer is the latest brand to launch at Ards as part of a brand new £7 million redevelopment within the centre, which includes another an additional two retail units and a café.
The news follows the recent store launch for JD Sports, whose 4,400 square foot store opened on 10 September. The brands will soon be joined by B&M Bargains which is opening a 10,000 square foot store adjacent to TK Maxx at the end of September.
Paul Devlin of Ards owner Belfast Office Properties said: “We are very pleased to welcome these new openings and see the redevelopment take shape. The new stores signify the continuing demand for Ards Shopping Centre from major UK brands, with more exciting signings yet to be announced.”
