How to find your new customers!

Special Breakfast Briefing on 10 June will reveal never seen before consumer loyalty research.

The Retail Bulletin has just completed a major consumer survey on Shopper Loyalty to major UK retailers. The ‘Loyalty Balance Sheet’ we have produced from the research is designed to show retailers where, and how, to attract potential loyal customers from competitive retailers. The results showed those retailers who were getting things right to the less-favoured.

Co-op (Food and Pharmacy), B&Q, Dorothy Perkins, River Island, Bhs and Lloyds Chemist Head the list of Store Groups who’s customers are easiest to poach.

However, other stores, such as Tesco, Sainsbury, B&Q and Superdrug have no cause to be complacent, since they were not far behind.

The research, to be unveiled at this breakfast meeting next week (10 June) introduces an entirely new way of identifying, benchmarking, building loyalty and targeting new customers for all shades of retail. To book your space in this free seminar click here.

*The breakfast briefing precede’s the Retail Bulletin’s 5th Customer Loyalty Summit 2014, which runs for the rest of the day. If you haven’t registered already, and would like to attend the main day’s proceedings, please register here: 5th Customer Loyalty Summit 2014
