Wyevale changes loyalty scheme

Wyevale Garden Centre Group is changing its loyalty scheme to enable customers to access an instant discount every time they shop instead of collecting loyalty points.

Introduced in time for the Easter bank holiday weekend, the changes will see shoppers being given an instant reward through a 5% discount at the till. In addition, customers over 60 will be given a 10% discount when shopping on Tuesdays.

Anthony Jones, chief operating officer of Wyevale, said: “I am sure our Garden Club members will welcome the new 5% discount and we are already seeing footfall building ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend.”

Wyevale has also announced that it will stop selling WGC branded gift cards from 17 April to focus on National Garden gift vouchers that can be redeemed in over 1,000 garden centres nationwide, including Wyevale.
