Sports Direct opens new store at Westfield Stratford City

Frasers Group is continuing the London expansion of Sports Direct with the opening of a new store at Westfield Stratford City.

Spanning 20,000 square feet across two floors, the store  stocks apparel, footwear, and equipment from brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, New Balance and ASICS, as well as products from Frasers Group’s GAME.

The new opening coincides with the start of the busy summer sporting calendar, which includes Wimbledon and the Women’s EURO 2025 Championships.

Lauren Barrie, group head of retail at Frasers Group, said: “As one of the world’s most dynamic sports markets, London continues to play a vital role in our strategy.

Earlier this month, Frasers Group announced that it was launching Sports Direct in Australia and New Zealand through a long-term strategic retail agreement with Accent Group,
