Mountain Warehouse more than doubles size of store at Caledonia Park
Mountain Warehouse has opened an upsized store at Caledonia Park, the premium designer outlet village in Scotland.
At 6,276 square feet, the shop is 70% larger than the outdoor retailer’s previous store at the scheme following a relocation next to the M&S outlet.
The new store stocks the outdoor retailer’s full range of outerwear and camping equipment, as well as items from the Animal active lifestyle brand.
Sean Riley, head of acquisitions at Mountain Warehouse, said: “This upsize and opening was the natural next step for us at Caledonia Park as we continue to grow and connect with more customers.

The news follows a strong year for the destination, with year-to-date sales up 11% compared to 2024. Caledonia Park has recently secured a wave of lease renewals and welcomed new brands including Jack & Jones and French Connection.
