Lululemon welcomes Stephanie Ferris to board of directors

Yoga wear and running brand Lululemon has announced that Worldpay’s chief financial officer has joined its board of directors.

Stephanie Ferris has been appointed as a director with immediate effect.

Prior to joining Worldpay, Ferris held the same position at Vantiv where she was responsible for accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and M&A.

Ferris said she was thrilled to have the opportunity to join Lululemon during a phase of global growth. She added: “I have great admiration for all that Lululemon has achieved and feel passionate about the company’s vision and purpose.”
