JD unveils biggest store globally at Trafford Centre
JD Sports is preparing to open it biggest JD store in the world at Manchester’s Trafford Centre on Saturday 7 June.
The sportswear retailer has expanded its existing shop at the scheme by tripling its retail space to 41,000 square feet. After a comprehensive transformation, the store also has JD’s biggest ever store front at 92 metres.
Inside the store, shoppers will discover the latest drops from global sportswear giants, along with exclusive brand takeovers from Nike, Adidas, PUMA, On Running, and JD brand exclusives from Unlike Humans and more.

The store will be officially opened by eight-time Olympic gold medallist and world record holder, Usain Bolt, alongside Beta Squad. During the opening event, shoppers will have the chance to showcase their running skills by trying their hand at beating Bolt’s record time on the Puma Nitro 100 metre sprint challenge.
