GAME Digital appoints Dimitri Goulandris to board
GAME Digital has appointed Dimitri Goulandris as a senior independent director of the company.
He will succeed non-executive director Caspar Woolley as chair of the company’s remuneration committee and will become a member of the company’s nomination committee and audit and risk committee.
Goulandris is the founder of The Cycladic Group. Since 2002, the group has invested in over 40 businesses and founded five in the US, Europe, India, Africa and Latin America.
Prior to establishing The Cycladic Group, he worked for eight years with Morgan Stanley in its private equity group.
