Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock and Runners Need launch appointment service
Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock and Runners Need have launched an in-store appointment service to coincide with the reopening of their stores.
The service will enable the retailers’ in-store experts to be booked for the provision of personalised advice and kit recommendations, as well as for a range of bespoke in-store fitting services.
Available free of charge, the appointments can be arranged in-store and online and come with no obligation to spend. Customers booking appointments will be given priority in-store service at a pre-arranged time.
In line with government advice, social distancing and hygiene measures have been put in place across the stores. These include one-way systems, limiting the number of customers in-store at any one time and the constant review of hygiene processes.
