London Designer Outlet reports strongest ever Boxing Day
London Designer Outlet (LDO) has reported over £1 million worth of sales on Boxing Day for the first time since it opened in 2013.
Sales increased by over 9% compared to the same day in 2024.
The news comes at the end of a strong year for LDO which included sales and footfall rising by 6.8% and 19% respectively over Black Friday weekend.
LDO said its performance has been bolstered by the arrival of retail brands including Gap, Crocs, Columbia and New Era, alongside food and beverage operators Afrikana, DumDums and Mowchi.
Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “We are proud to report our strongest ever Boxing Day with over £1 million worth of sales as retailers at LDO continue to thrive.

“Despite a slower than expected start to December, our array of premium brands at discount prices, combined with our prime location, allowed us to attract shoppers from across London and beyond who didn’t want to miss out on exclusive offers over Boxing Day and Black Friday.”
Managed by Multi-Realm, LDO has 265,000 square feet of space and is home to 70 outlet stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
