Intu Uxbridge welcomes new brands

Shopping centre owner Intu has signed up two new brands and will see Next upsize its store at Intu Uxbridge.

Toy retailer Toys ‘R’ Us is opening a new store while Natwest is relocating its Uxbridge branch to the centre.

Meanwhile, Next is adding an extra 8,000 square feet to its existing store.

Intu is reconfiguring 25,000 square feet of space for Next while Toys ‘R’ Us will take a 5,750 square foot unit.

Rebecca Ryman, regional director of Intu, said: “These new stores are the first of a number of new brands and exciting changes we’re introducing to the centre this year as our strategy to attract more customers from further afield and for longer continues.”
