Hines announces three new hirings

Hines has made three appointments within its UK asset management, development and finance teams.

Donna Springall (pictured) has been hired as an associate asset manager in the retail team. She previously worked with  The Crown Estate where she spent over three years managing a portfolio of retail parks across the UK. Prior to that, she was an asset manager at British Land.

In a second appointment Sean Hughes has taken up the position of  development manager and will work closely with Robbie Pitman who became head of development at Hines UK in July. Prior to joining Hines, Hughes was a project manager at Faithful + Gould and was previously an assistant engineer at Atkins.

Meanwhile, Matthew Leonard has joined Hines as an analyst after graduating with an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge. In his new role, he will be supporting Hines’ acquisitions activity.

Ross Blair, senior managing director and head of Hines UK, said: “We are continuing to invest in our asset management and development capability as our activity continues to grow in the UK. We have an ambitious pipeline of development projects and we are actively seeking more.”
