Unlocking customer loyalty with faster refunds

A new study reveals that 56% of consumers would shop online more if they received same-day refunds.

With the holiday season upon us, many online retailers are so focused on selling that they overlook a crucial step in the shopper journey: the refund.

However, a new study by online payments company Trustly surveyed 1,700 consumers about their previous online shopping experience and found that 65% consider refunds while selecting where to shop, while 95% would stay more loyal to brands offering fast refunds.
