Torex and Phoenix IT Services join forces to offer unrivalled customer service

Torex partners with Phoenix IT Services to provide superior hardware support and hardware project services to UK Retail, Hospitality and Convenience sectors

Torex is partnering with Phoenix IT Services to deliver best-in-class software combined with exceptional hardware support and hardware project services to its UK retail, hospitality and convenience customers.

Torex selected Phoenix IT Services on the basis of proven, best-in-class sector expertise, and ongoing commitment to supplying the highest quality service levels, which will enable Torex to continuously meet the changing service expectations of the retail, hospitality and convenience sectors as they seek to deliver a competitive offering to their customers.

“We continually strive to provide our customers with the best solutions available to meet their needs,” says Steve Rowley, CEO, Torex.  “The partnership with Phoenix IT Services will add additional field service excellence into our customer relationships coupled with enhanced commercial support for hardware and the provision of new services that can be presented to our customers. Torex will continue to manage all of the customer relationships, while offering enhanced services of Phoenix.”

The agreement will see the transfer of all Torex UK Hardware Maintenance and Warehousing and Logistics operations to Phoenix IT Services from 1st February 2010.
