Islington Square signs up Arlo & Jacob and A.P.C

New shopping and dining destination Islington Square has signed up retailers Arlo & Jacob and A.P.C.

Parisian fashion label A.P.C will occupy a 1,500 square foot unit while upholstery brand Arlo & Jacob will be leasing a 4,700 square foot space for its second London store.

Set to open this month, Islington Square has been developed by Cain International.

Neil Barber, leasing director at Cain International, said: “Our focus is to attract a wide range of retailers and leisure occupiers, positioning Islington Square as a truly mixed-use destination for its local community as well as visitors from further afield. The range of independent shops, cafes and boutiques will make Islington Square an experiential destination that caters for a diverse group people.”

Spanning 170,000 square feet, the scheme is situated on the former site of Islington’s historic Royal Mail sorting office. It features two double height retail arcades, a tree-lined boulevard and a public realm that will link the development with Islington’s Upper Street.
